Cynthia is a single treatment foster care mother who lives in rural Chippewa Falls. She brings experience fostering from another TFC agency and she enjoys outdoor activities with her large extended family. Cynthia has experience fostering teenage boys and a kind heart for younger children.

Biddle - Located in Chippewa CountyLicensed since 2005
Nila and Leland are retired after working for many years at the Northern WI Center for the Developmentally Disabled. They have experience raising six adult children and fostering for another TFC agency. Nila is the primary caregiver. She is active and encourages the children to be involved with activities as well. She is well connected to the community, is a good advocate, and has wonderful insight and empathy for the children in her care and after they leave her home.

Bump - Located in Buffalo CountyLicensed since 1989
Licensed with various agencies since 1989 and with Family Works in the past. The Bumps retired from treatment foster care and became licensed again in 2006 for a specific child. Gene and Carol live in Mondovi and farm. They are very experienced treatment foster parents and have adult children of their own. They have a special talent and love for fostering Hmong boys, boys with delinquent issues, and boys out of corrections. They have an opening for a youth that is the right fit.

Casey - Located in Eau Claire CountyLicensed since 1999
Christine is a single foster mother who lives in Eau Claire. She provides adult foster care as well as child treatment foster care. She has a special talent and love for caring for people with physical and cognitive disabilities as well as those who are very medically fragile.

Jennings - Located in Trempealeau CountyLicensed since 2009
The Jennings live in Osseo and have two children of their own. They are active in school, church and community events and are very family oriented. The Jennings will be fostering children of all ages and are open to adoption as well. The Jennings literally hit the ground running as they got their first placement, a sibling group, shortly after becoming licensed!

Knuth - Located in Chippewa CountyLicensed since 2007
Paul and Kim live with their two sons in the Chippewa Falls area. They enjoy outdoor activities with their family. They have considerable experience, having previously provided TFC with another agency. Paul and Kim have done an amazing job fostering large sibling groups of various ages, as well as teen boys, and teen girls.

Kresal - Located in Trempealeau CountyLicensed since 2007
Rebekah grew up with foster children in the home as her parents were foster parents. She and her husband,Tyler, have three children in the home. The Kresals have previously provided adult foster care, foster care to teen girls and boys, and are currently foster two youngsters with developmental and medical issues.

Leonard - Located in Pepin CountyLicensed since 2007
The Leonards are located between Durand and Pepin. They have been fostering since 1996. As a family, they are very active in school, church and community events, and enjoy motorcycling in the warmer weather. Jill and Gene's home is very structured, They are very consistent with consequences and rewards and use a great deal of humor in interactions. The Leonards specialize in boys with severe behavioral issues, many of which have cognitive delays and/or sexualized behaviors.

Royce Opsal lives in Altoona with his school age daughter and son. Royce began doing foster care out of a desire to help children iand it is his wish to provide a caring, loving family structure to children in need. Royce's family enjoys family-centered activities like camping.

Richardson - Located in Pepin CountyLicensed since 2010
Brad and Lanita are new to Family Works but have been providing foster care since 2007 through a different agency. They are active in church and community events and are very family oriented. They enjoy gardening and also breed dogs in their spare time. The Richardsons have experience fostering children and adolescents with severe cognitive and physical limitations.

Rothbauer - Located in Chippewa CountyLicensed since 2007
Aaaron and Amy live in rural Chippewa Falls with their teenage daughter and many pets. They are an active family-oriented family who enjoy many outdoor and sporting activities. Amy brings a lot of knowledge to fostering from her job as a teacher.

Scheel - Located in Eau Claire CountyLicensed since 2003
The Scheels have been foster parents since approximately 1992 and have worked with children with a variety of issues, including ADHD, Tourette’s, and AODA issues. Sharon is a stay-at-home mom to their 2 adopted teenage sons and encourages their foster children to be active. They are comfortable with children of any race, culture or religion and have had a wide variety of children placed in their home. They work extremely well with biological families of the children placed with them.

Schneiter - Located in Clark CountyLicensed since 2006
The Schneiters live in Greenwood and have two grown children out of the home. Joel and Susan also previously raised their teenage granddaughter. They are very consistent, structured, loving, and enjoy doing family activities together. Susan stays at home to be available to treatment foster children full-time. They have a son was a previous foster care placemet that they adopted. They are open to adopting again.

Tankovich - Located in Trempealeau CountyLicensed since 2010
Luke lives in Osseo and is a nurse in Black River Falls.  He brings experience not only from the medical field but also from working several years at the Eau Claire Academy and working with children through coaching and personal training.  Luke enjoys helping others and weightlifting.
