She raised four sons with her late husband and is now retired and available full-time to provide foster care. Sandie likes to travel and recently took a trip to Africa. She enjoys taking classes on foster parenting, shopping at second hand stores, and is very involved in her church. The Colligans reside in Wild Rose and have raised three of their own children. Mike and Genny are warm and friendly people with a tremendous amount of experience and a wonderful sense of humor. The Colligans stayed in contact with a boy whom they had worked with 9 years ago and are currently providing him care and assistance to strengthen his independent living skills. |

The Jeskes are especially skilled in working with girls who have cognitive delays. They also have an excellent working relationship with the schools and therapists. They have an abundance of patience and strive to incorporate the foster children into their daily farm and family life while teaching positive values and work ethic. |
| | Stanley - Located in Outagamie County | Licensed since 2003 | | Matt fostered teen boys prior to marrying Shelley. Shelley joined Matt as a foster parent while they were dating, and they have been co-parented since 2004. Matt and Shelley have good senses of humor which they combine with structure, consistency, and honesty. They encourage responsible thinking and their consequences are usually combined with an appropriate loss of priviledges and the use of corrective thinking skills. The Stanleys are honest people with good communication skills. They have three pomeranian dogs and enjoy participating in many community events. They bring previous foster care experience to Family Works, and have an adoptive son who is a senior in high school and is a wonderful influence on other children. The Walkers are open and willing to foster the children that "nobody else wants, the ones what are different". They are very open and always put the needs of the children first. They currently have one foster son who is stable and will be long-term. They are ready for one or two more placements. |
| | Weldon - Located in Door County | Licensed since 2009 | | Joe and Mary Weldon reside south of Sturgeon Bay in Door County. Joe and Mary have three adult sons. Mary works full time as a registered nurse. Joe has prior experience in fostering adults with traumatic brain injuries and aggressive behaviors. He is certified as a personal care provider. He has a degree in diesel mechanics and training as a locksmith. He enjoys working on engines and automotive repair work in general. They have a preference for boys as Joe is the lead parent in this foster home.
