They are both educated teachers, Jennifer works as a special education teacher in the Hayward School District; Ben is a stay-at-home father. Vobornik's have two adopted daughters ages 4 and 5, a daughter 11, and son 9. They are open to adopting more. The children in the family are involved in dance, soccer, and other community activities. Vobornik's have knowledge about many areas and are open to children that are different ages than their own children; any race, gender, or religion; teen mothers; and medically fragile child. They prefer not to have placements with a history of sexual offending and/or physical aggression. This is a young and energetic family with exceptional problem solving skills.
